Reading the HPCSA's 2010 newsletter, I came across the new "register" of Advanced Medical Rescue "Rescue Technician"

The Board has registered an Advanced Certificate in Medical Rescue Technology with South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). This NQF level 6 qualification aims to integrate principles of theory, proven techniques, practical experience, appropriate management and analytical skills in order to provide medical rescue services to all sectors of the community. It is envisaged that qualified practitioners will register with Council as medical rescue technicians.

Anyone know where you can do this course, costs, modules, etc?
